Turning a photo into Clipart in Photoshop

First, you'll need a photo to work with. It should be realistic, and should not be too high in MP. This is an easy process, so don't worry about it. When you're done, you'll have a nice piece of clipart!
First, duplicate the layer in your photo. This is so we'll be able to over lay our effects/filters in the end.
Now, on one layer, go to Filter>Stylize>Find Edges. This will bring a lined photo. Go to image>lighting and make it much darker.
Now, go to the second layer. Go to Filter>Artistic>Dry brush. Bring the slider for brush size to 10. Repeat this 3 times. The fast way to repeat is just go to filter> and the first thing on the top will be what you just did.
Now we need to change the second layer to overlay. Just go to layers in the top right window, and select the second layer. Then go right next to it, the drop down box and select Overlay. Then make sure there is an Eye in the checkbox next to each layer, and then check your image.
Now for final Touch-ups. Fool around with Image Adjustments, filters, and more to create your final clipart image.
Go to file>Save-as, and change it to JPEG. Save at maximum quality. You clipart is Finished!

Info / Overlay Titles- This is the hardest part in making the Video. But, it's easy!!! Just write a paragraph about your topic, split it up into sections about 7-9 words long, and use each section as an Overlay Title in the Video (on the background).
Sounds- This is the background sounds you wan tin the video. It can be anything, a repeating drum loop, an Original Composition, or just any old song! I use Combinations of songs, O.C.s, Drum Loops, and Ripped Sounds from FL Studios. Credits- Here, give credit to the Creator/Copyright Holder of the Background Image, Sounds (Even if it is yourself), and always YOU for Production and Editing. It's also good to leave a little message at the end of the video as a title saying to check out your other content, just to encourage more Pageviews, and Higher Clout Index.
